May 11, 2013: ... the Angel City Over-30s (
LAPL) kept pace with a tough Blaggers FC squad Saturday, earning a 0-0 draw despite missing their top goal scorer, Hector Alvarado, who was just released from the hospital after an emergency appendectomy. The team wishes Alvarado a speedy recovery. Next LAPL games are not scheduled until June with dates and times TBA.
April 6, 2013: Angel City FC, ACFC and the Angel City Cuties ended the spring SMASL season with three straight wins Saturday during 7s action at the Santa Monica Airport. Angel City FC topped La Masia 5-1 to finish up 5-1-4, ACFC clobbered Busby's FC 11-5 for their second win of the season, and the AC Cuties beat Esjberg 9-4 for a 6-1-3 final record. Check out the
